Chardonnay from Washington provides the backbone for this wine. We then marry it with fine California Semillon to produce a full-bodied wine in the Australian style. Displays tropical pineapple and citrus aromas. Soft and lush on the palate, with buttery richness, apple and pear flavours persisting to a lingering finish. Oak gives a rich, rounded mouth feel and contributes a light, vanilla note.

Made with Rieslings from Washington and California; styled after wines from Piesport,Germany. Fruit and citrus on the nose. Peach, apricot and apple flavours. A Flavour Reserve made with Riesling adds a touch of sweetness to balance the natural acids and create a lasting finish.

The Washington juice contributes delightful spice and subtle grapefruit and lychee elements which are typical of cool climate gewürtraminer. The California content introduces green apple and ripe pear notes to the aromatics and flavour of the wine. The exclusive, all natural Flavour Reserve heightens the aromatics and creates a well-balanced sensory impression.

This is a cross of Johannisberg Riesling and Muscadelle developed specifically for California vineyards. Its appeal comes from attractive acidity with green apple and floral aromatics typical of fine Riesling, while offering excellent value.  Cellar Craft elevates the sensory profile further with the addition of Yakima Johannisberg Riesling juice in a ratio of 20% Yakima Riesling to 80% California Riesling. This adds subtle tangerine aromatics and notes of apricot, peach and rose petal to the overall impression.

Fresh and distinctively aromatic. Herbaceous and grassy scent, balancing nicely with the subtle fruit. Crisp finish.

A star variety from the Alto-Adige area of northern most Italy. Medium bodied. Lively, fresh citrus notes. Subtle spiciness. Lots of appeal! Usually enjoyed young, but may be aged for several months.

The mature Riesling grapes from Cherry Hill Vineyard in Washington provide the foundation for this luscious wine. Our “Flavour Reserve” adds a concentration of tastes and natural sweetness that make late-picked wines so special. Notes of honey, apple and apricot dominate the aroma and taste, right through the long, rich finish. Displays much of the complexity of an Ice Wine, but with less sweetness.

A wine full of history, Viognier originated in France but is enjoying a growth in popularity in various wine regions worldwide. The prime appeal of this dry, full-bodied wine is its powerful, rich and complex aroma of ripe apricots and orange blossoms. Its fresh and heady aroma also has an abundance of tropical fruit flavours and is balanced by a soft and creamy mouthfeel. Viognier has a deep golden colour and is best consumed young.

The Chardonnays of Australia continue to wow wine drinkers around the world with their unabashed celebration of opulent fruit and vanilla-oak, full-bodied flavour. Our Chardonnay is no exception. Full, supple, buttery and fruity, this golden wine delivers from start to clean, lingering finish. Ideal with chicken, fish, salads and cream-sauce pastas.

AUSTRALIAN MURRAY RIVER RESERVE

A full-flavoured and intense white from the Murray River wine region on the Victoria-New South Wales border. GERMAN MÜLLER-THURGAU

Developed as a cross combining the lively qualities of Riesling with the viticultural reliability of Sylvaner, Germany’s most widely cultivated grape attains rare heights in aroma and flavour. Winexpert’s German Mller-Thurgau is crisp and clean, with a grapey fruit character, low to medium acidity, and a pleasantly fragrant aroma. Vibrant flavours of crunchy green apples are imparted in its floral residual sweetness, aided by the addition of our F-pack* finishing package.

ITALIAN PINOT GRIGIO

LUNA BIANCA

Winexpert’s biggest, boldest white wine ever. In the spirit of the great full-bodied Chardonnays of California and Australia, Luna Bianca is lush, golden and rich. Dense, luscious, buttery aromas dance up from the glass. Flavours of tropical fruits blend with the vanilla-oak backing – a technique usually achieved through barrel fermentation with extended lees (yeast sediment) contact. The high alcohol finished wine is smooth and mouth filling. Includes an F-pack with pure Chardonnay juice – another industry first.

Steely, grassy, and defiantly dry, nothing can complement a meal better than Sauvignon Blanc, a unique wine that offers a definitive counterpoint to the ubiquitous Chardonnay.

SYMPHONY

A white wine with the incredibly intense aromas of melon, grapefruit, mango, peach, banana and papaya. The fruity character picks up a strong backbone from the good acidity, and hint of tannin, carried over from the Grenache Gris grape.

VIOGNIER

The intense fruitiness of this beguiling wine suggests rich sweetness, but it shows a surprisingly dry and aromatic finish. A delicate yellow colour, tinged with the variety’s typical ‘green-gold’ hue, it bursts out of the glass with apricot, peach and spice aromas. As it matures, it can also display hints of jasmine, honeysuckle, kiwi, mint, orange blossom and even mango! While higher in alcohol than many white wines, it drinks well young nonetheless. Lower acidity makes it friendly to a wide range of foods, but it’s ‘soft but strong’ character makes it excellent for sipping alone.
