Uses: Super-Kleer K.C. is a 2 stage fining solution for wine and beer.
Directions: Add Kieselsol (Packet D1) to carboy (5-6 US gallons, 23 L) of wine, beer, etc… Stir gently. Dissolve Chitosan (packet D2) in 30 mL (1 oz.) warm water. Add to carboy of wine, beer, etc… Stir gently. Attach airlock and bung. Clears brilliantly in 12 – 48 hours. May not clear pectin haze (use pectic enzyme) or fermentations that used hard water.
Composition: Contains Kieselsol and Chitosan.
