Intense & pungent, citrusy punchy and bold. Part of the “CTZ” group of Hops. CTZ stands for Columbus, Tomahawk, and Zeus. Also, one of the “Three C” hops (Cascade, Centennial, & Columbus). Typical Brewing Styles: US IPA, US Pale Ale, Stout, Barley Wine, Lager (bittering).
