The new standard wine fermenter. The graduation volume marks are clear and easy to read. The increased size from the old standard 26 L wine buckets means no more spillovers during fermentation. Works just as well with beer or fresh fruit fermentations. An airlock is not required for this style of primary fermenter due to it’s novel lid design. Simply set the lid on top of the fermenter until primary fermentation has completed, then snap it down tight. Wine must still be racked into a carboy after primary fermentation to aid in clearing.
