Uses: Can be used for sweetening wine by adding after stabilizing or as a body enhancer. Should be given time to re-clear after adding.
Side note: Often used when making crabapple wine.
Directions: Add to taste. Seal tightly when not in use.
Note: It is impossible to unsweeten wine once concentrate has been added. When in doubt, add the minimum amount first, adding more when necessary, or only add to a part of the wine, blending the rest in if it becomes too sweet.
