Uses: For sweetening finished wine.
Directions: Add a minimum of 15 mL per L of wine at bottling time or up to a maximum of 30 mL per L (15 mL is approximately 1/2 oz.). Seal tightly when not in use.
Note: It is impossible to unsweeten wine once conditioner has been added. When in doubt, add the minimum amount first, adding more when necessary, or sweeten only a part of the wine, blending the rest in if it becomes too sweet.
