Wine Tannin Powder (28 or 50 grams). Balances low tannin wines and aids clarification. Directions: Dissolve powdered Tannin in a small quantity of warmed wine before adding. Add according to specific recipe up to 1/2 tsp (2.5 g) per gallon (4 L) of red or fruit wine must. 5 mL (one teaspoon) = approximately 2.2 grams. Store in a cool dry place.
