DESSERT WINE (formerly Port Style)
Cru Specialty offers a classic ruby port with intense flavor and color. This lusty, fortified wine of superior quality was first enjoyed in the Porto region of Portugal. The addition of brandy gives an added strength of character to both the rich, sweet flavor and the bouquet.

For the Port lover that wants more, ask us about our in-house recipe. Nearly 30L in volume, it’s a bigger, richer port that emulates a good LBV or 10 year old Port. An award winner in its’ own right, we’ve done well with our recipe at the Winemaker International Competition.

Intensely creamy and pleasantly sweet, this full-bodied port combines rich caramel aroma with the robust flavors of red fruit. The buttery caramel notes give this wine a roundness and texture on the palate that is perfectly balanced with rich toasted notes on the finish.

Energize your senses with this comforting flavour experience! Dating back to the 15th century, coffee has been enjoyed worldwide as an invigorating elixir. Typical of medium roast coffee, aromas of toffee, burnt marshmallow and chocolate will entice you and follow through to a palate which finishes with lingering notes of vanilla. Our Coffee Port Style is a wonderful end to any meal, paired with dessert or enjoyed on its own.

This rich specialty wine is an intricate melange of lively flavours that tempt the nose and reward the palate. Rich aromas of dark chocolate are set gracefully against a frame of refreshing citrus and vanilla notes. Back by popular demand, this wine is bursting with rich, intense flavours and aromas. The traditional Port character of warm, rounded cherries and plums is supported by a racy zing of bright raspberry. Perfumed and gently tart, with a luscious liquid chocolate rush in the middle of the palate, it finishes with beguiling dark, bittersweet aromas of coffee, vanilla and toast, all the way to a long, rich finish. Excellent within three months, this wine will age gorgeously.

CABERNET FRANC ICE WINE (Winexpert) Seasonal
This wine, made from the Cabernet Franc grape, is a wonderfully unique taste sensation that has to be experienced. Sweet strawberries on the nose and packed full of jammy fruit on the palate.
