Thomas Coopers Selection: Wheat Beer
Considered to be the ‘champagne of beers’ by many. Pale, cloudy and refreshingly spritzy with a delicious creamy frothiness.
Recommended to be brewed with Beer Enhancer. For an authentic German styled wheat beer, brew with a German Wyeast or lallemand Munich (wheat) yeast. For an American style, brew with the included Coopers yeast.
