Aroma, Alpha Acid 4.6%. Grown in Slovenia and Austria. Known for it’s low alpha acid content, this variety exhibits a delicate bitterness with a distinctive flavor and aroma with a spicy character. Typical brewing use – British ESB, Bitters, English Pale Ale, Oktoberfest, Barley Wine, Christmas Ales. Possible Substitutions: Fuggles, Willamette.
