Dual Purpose, Alpha Acid: 9.2 %. One of the three “C” hops, classic American style with pungent citrus-like and floral notes, not quite as bitter Cascade and more floral. Typical Brewing Styles: American pale ales and IPA. Possible Substitutions: Amarillo, Cascade, Columbus, Summit.
