Dual Purpose, Alpha Acid: 13.6%. Intense & pungent, citrusy punchy and bold. One of the Three C hops (Cascade, Centennial, & Columbus). Also part of the CTZ hops (Columbus, Tomahawk, and Zeus). Typical Brewing Styles: US IPA, US Pale Ale, Stout, Barley Wine, Lager (bittering). Possible Substitutions: Chinook, Galena, Nugget, Columbus, Tomahawk.
