Dual Purpose, Alpha Acid: 14.2 %. A relatively new hop variety similar to Simcoe, Summit sports a citrus, grape-fruit, orange, and tangerine flavours. Very strong flavours. Used for bittering and dry hopping. Typical brewing styles – IPAs, Imperial IPAs. Possible Substitutions: Simcoe, Amarillo, Cascade.
