Description
Uses: 2 stage fining solution for washes, wine and beer.
Directions: After fermentation is complete, degas. Once degassed add Kieselsol (Packet A) to your wash, wine, beer, etc… Stir gently. Leave for at least 1 hour then add the pouch marked Chitosan (packet B). Stir gently. Leave to clear in 12 – 48 hours. May not clear pectin haze (use pectic enzyme) or fermentations that use hard water.
Composition: Contains Kieselsol and Chitosan.
