Dried Elderflowers can be used to enhance the bouquet of white wines.
Directions: Add at a quantity of approximately 8 grams (1/2 tablespoon) in 23 L (5 gallons). The elderflowers can be placed in cheesecloth or a muslin sock and immersed in the primary fermenter. Remove the elderflowers after 72 hours to avoid undue bitterness.
