Description
500 mL of liquid oak extract.
Add to wine just prior to bottling. Add to taste, starting with a small amount and increasing to achieve the desired level of oakiness.
A word of caution: No matter which form of oak you use, remember, you can always add more oak, but you cannot remove it.
