120 mL of Liquid Grape Tannin
Adds astringency to finished wine. Consult specific recipe for use.
Directions: Stir into wine prior to bottling. Recommended use 1 – 2 mL per L of wine. To avoid over-use, add to taste. More extract can always be added, but cannot be removed. Keep tightly capped.
